Refund policy

  • We do not offer refunds on any products. Only applicable situations where a refund will be considered is if the product was received with a defect. 
  • There is absolutely no refunds on sales items. Special Edition sneakers and Mystery Boxes.Those are FINAL SALES. No exceptions.
  • 3 Day Exchange Policy. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first alert us of the damage or defect, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will issue you a refund.
  • In the event a no fault refund is considered and granted, a 25% transaction and processing fee will be applied and deducted from refund. The customer will be solely responsible for shipping charges back to our office.

The product must be in original packaging and not worn.
